Rent a car

Have you ever used a car rental? I was recently rent a car and I can say that I found quite surprised with their service. in fact I was renting a car is a really inexpensive provided that the fuel is included in the price. It was my first encounter with a rent a car but I can not really say I was satisfied. I have a friend who has also been borrowed car and he told me that he had paid twice as much as I do.
